The recommended retail Net price for the Xero experience as of the date above will be € 5979 per person.
Included in this price:
- The Xero experience parabolic flight
- Pre flight briefing
- Pre flight medical check to confirm certificate of health provided with reservation form
- All ground transportation in Kiruna to and from the Xero experience and any Xero related events
- Welcome reception at the ICEBAR
- Lunch during the Xero experience day
- Evening dinner and reception after the Xero experience
- Xero experience pack including professional video and photography of the Xero experience (presented on a CD-ROM), flight certificate and a special gift.
Not included:
Any other arrangements, airfares to and from Kiruna, Sweden, hotel accommodations, add-ons etc.

XERO - VAT refund
Avanda Marketing, GSA for the Xero experience, have now established routines for the VAT refund applications together with the Swedish tax authorities. As Your representative we will help you apply for the refund of the VAT You paid for the mentioned product.
For agents who sell the Xero experience and wish to apply for the VAT refund we will over send an application form, a description of the documents the Swedish tax authorities requires together with an authorization that we will handle this application of Yours with the Swedish government. For this service we will charge a fee, which is 7% of the reimbursed amount.
For Your knowledge, the VAT of the Xero experience is 12.760 SEK per person at a price of 63.800 SEK, approximately 1430 Euro. |
